Quatro Cheese

We consider this cheese also as quite unique actually, because we mix 4 types of milk in this very extraordinary type of cheese. Of course the name itself says something about the cheese, but on top of this we use 25% of each milk type. We could also mention that none of the 4 milk types is overshadowing the other ones. We dare to say this quatro cheese has a good balance and one recognizes the 4 different flavours. This cheese is both creamy and firm, and has a good taste as from 2 months ripening, but may also be slightly older. This cheese is suitable after dinner, but can also be eaten along with figs and mustard during the aperitive. In Holland we also eat it on a sandwich!
